The only downfall is its sweetness, and some nutrition specialist recommed to be moderate with watermelons because of that. Well, everything in moderation is a great rule but when it comes to watermelons you can't stop me.
You can use watermelons in desserts and salads, you can grill it and pickle it but I enjoy it the most when it is just a slice of fresh juicy watermelon. It just screams 'SUMMER':)
